Return/Exchange Policy

Returns must be approved by owner. Any item received by TSHR without prior approval will be returned unopened to customer and no return/exchange allowed. **If items have been customized NO RETURNS ALLOWED. 

Customer has 7 days from date of receipt to contact TSHR for approval to return.  Once approval is received from TSHR, returned item must be received by TSHR within 3 to 5 days from approval.  Any items that are returned after this time frame will be returned unopened to customer and no store credit/exchange will be allowed.  Store credit or exchanges will only be granted, no refunds will be made.   All tags must be attached in their original location, item must not be worn or washed, there cannot be any stains, makeup or pet hair on item.   Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping on returns/exchanges. The customer will also be responsible for shipping cost of $6.00 on exchange items.  An invoice will be sent by TSHR to the customer.  Once customer has paid this invoice, exchange item will be shipped.  Please email us at for all return approvals.  

Absolutely NO returns on sale items!!!  If you have any questions on a Sale Items, please ask before purchase~~once order is paid, the item belongs to the customer.  No Returns allowed and No Exceptions!!
