Shipping Policy

Shipping Time {when TSHR is in Howe, TX} - When order is received by TSHR Monday through Thursday, please allow 2-3 business (Monday through Friday) for order to ship.  This depends on what time order is received {if order is received at 5:00 p.m. or after, order will be shipped within 2-3 days}.   All orders received Friday through Sunday will be fulfilled and shipped on Monday or Tuesday.  Please understand that this is a one woman show.  This woman also works a Full Time job, so orders are processed as quickly as humanly possible.

Custom orders and Pre-Orders will take longer to ship.  Please note the Turn Around Time on the item description.  If you have any questions, please contact us.  Our goal is to have Custom and Pre-Orders shipped faster than the TAT shows, but if there's any questions/remarks/etc., please email us at thespottedherefordranch@gmail.com.

Shipping Time {when TSHR is on the road} - Orders received while TSHR is on the road will ship from event location {if possible} or after return from event.  Please allow for travel/set up/tear down time to and from event.  Most items {excluding sale items} are with TSHR at their event.  Shipping time will be delayed during events out of town.  Please check here or on our FB/IG page for shipping updates while attending out of town events.

Shipping Charges:  Shipping is $6.00 flat rate for orders up to $99.99. TSHR offers Free Shipping on orders $100.00 and over.  If you are Local and want to use Local P/U, please make a note of Local P/U on the order and use LOCAL in the discount code to take off the shipping charge.  We also offer LOCAL DELIVERY from our Howe, Texas store.  If your shipping address is within our delivery radius, you will be able to choose this option at checkout.  Please understand that shipping costs are at such a rate now, we are not able to ship and hope for payment.  We will keep your item and/or take to our Local P/U location until we hear from you.
